How do I make an appointment?

I am delighted that you are interested in taking the next step in your health journey. To make a booking, please email Sue@nutripsyence.com. From there, we can arrange a time and date that works best for you.
What are your clinic hours?
​
Nutripsyence clinic hours are from 09:00- 17:00. Evening appointments are available on request.
Do you travel?
​
I am currently working online and offer my consultations via Zoom.
How can I pay?
​
You will receive an email invoice 72 hours ahead of our consultation. Payment will need to be made in full 24 hours prior to your appointment.
What to expect from the consultation
During the consultation, we will discuss your current symptoms, and your health goals. From there, we will discuss further your medical history, diet and lifestyle. Using this information. I will write an individualised programme that is tailored to your specific needs. This will take into account your main aims and dietary preferences, alongside your current lifestyle to ensure that it is practical, realistic and achievable for you.
Do I need to do anything or prepare anything prior to my appointment?

Prior to your consultation, you will receive an online to complete a Health Questionnaire and 3 Day Food Diary. This information will help me fully prepare and save us time in your consultation. It all helps us uncover the possible root causes of your symptoms. Our Terms and Conditions can be found on our website.
How many consultations will I need?

I offer my consultations in bundles to ensure that you receive the support and care you need and still offer flexibility. This can be discussed further in our initial consultation. I like to check in with you regularly to ensure that you are supported throughout your programme and that we can alter your plan accordingly if necessary.
Can I contact you between consultations?
If you need any extra support or have any questions surrounding your programme, you can get in touch with me via email and I will respond within 48 hours. Should your question require a further call, I will schedule a support call. If the call or email takes longer than 10 minutes, you will be charged for on a pro rata basis of the hourly £150 appointment time.
What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to reschedule your session, please do email me to request to move your appointment at your earliest convenience. Requests made within the 48 hour period of the consultation will be treated as a cancellation. Please see further information in the Terms and Conditions.
Will I need to undergo tests?
​
To get to the root cause of your symptoms you may need to complete additional tests. We prefer to start with any profiles that you are able to obtain from your GP. However we will discuss further relevant testing in our initial call, and we will prioritise the most appropriate tests considering budget and presenting symptoms.
Do I need to take supplements?
​
Your programme will be tailored to you, and will include specific dietary interventions and may also include supplementation to address possible deficiencies. Whilst diet is the first and predominant focus,, at times supplements can be helpful to support particular biological pathways.
Do I need to learn how to cook?
​
I will meet you where you are on your health path, taking into account your time and preferences so that you can still achieve your nutritional objectives.
Should I consult my GP?
Occasionally I may need to contact your GP, and before doing so I will always obtain your permission. Collaboration with your medical team can be an important part of your healing and can achieve greater results. Please see the Terms and Conditions for further information.
What will you do with the information you gather?
